We do not sell computers, programs or software. We are solely interested in recovering your lost files or data from Hard drives, floppy, zip and backup tapes.

	Complete recovery of the critical data specified by you the customer.
	We'll recover all of the data that can be found, and that data will be in the best possible condition.
	We'll communicate with you completely during the recovery process
	Total satisfaction. We will do everything possible to ensure your complete satisfaction with the work performed.
	No hidden charges. All potential fees for the service are disclosed up front, for your complete approval.

We have two ways of helping you:

Over the Web Backup

We operate secure servers where we hold your data. Each evening or night; your computer or network server backs up the data from your day on to our hard drives.

Unlike a tape or disk based system, you need never worry about mechanical failure, inappropriate handling, or remembering to take something with you. We don't forget or kick out a plug or switch off a machine - we text you every time we complete a full backup!

This means that at any moment you only face the loss of less than a day's trading. As we are based in Dublin we can have a DVD or CD around to you complete with your most recent data in less than 2 hours.

Onsite Visits

Simply call us up and we'll call over to you. We will review the problem with you and identify the best course of action.

We are aware - if you are calling us you probably need the data urgently; you also want to be sure of retrieving it without further delay or damage. If we can; we will recover the data on the spot. If not we will remove it for analysis.
