We know how critical and damaging losing data can be. We act accordingly, quickly and professionally to assess the issues and implement a full recovery plan. We will begin with a private consultation.

During this consultation we will review the problem with you and identify the best course of action. This will be supported later by a written diagnosis of the issue and our suggested solution which can be given to an insurer.

We are aware - if you are calling us - you probably need the data urgently; you also want to be sure of retrieving it without further delay or damage.

If we can; we will recover the data on the spot.

If not; we will remove the disks, disk drive or Tapes for analysis. All travel time is charged at the hourly rate and we use motorcycles to ensure speedy response times. All booking of consultations must be secured with a valid credit card.

There is a fee of 125 euro (plus 21% VAT) per consultation plus an hourly rate of 125 euro (plus 21% VAT).
